I'm Keith Vaughan, founder of Cipher Projects and SumoSign. I work across AI engineering, cloud infrastructure, and secure enterprise AI — building to production, advising as a fractional CTO, and investing selectively in early-stage software and AI businesses.
My focus is non-technical solo founders who need a serious technical partner; I also work with enterprise teams. Based in Canberra, working across Australia, Singapore and the rest of the world for over fifteen years.
